DIGITAL TECHNIQUE
Presentation
The pieces designated by the term of digital prints, are done on a multimedia computer with a graphic tablet, using a "pen tablet" and an image software. They are based on fragments of the painting of the artist (mixed media-based lacquers inks, pigments, mediums and marble powder). They combine traditional drawing and painting, digital design, digital painting, and require a long-term realisation.
Authenticity
There is no foreign element in the creation of the author. Hunt for a character, a landscape or a decorative pattern on a fragment of her own paintings, and then, drawing and shaping with the graphic tablet, are the only elements of this work. All prints signed by the hand of Caterina Annovazzi, stamped, numbered and limited series, are provided with the certificate of authenticity of licensed professional laboratory that ensures digigraphie Epson printing. All authentication can be confirmed on request. Out numbering, no reprint or any reproduction (not numbered edition) is performed.
Digigraphy, digital equivalent of lithography
With its works available exclusively in limited edition, numbered, stamped, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, digigraphie is the digital equivalent of lithography. This process protects against plagiarism, limits the series and thus, gives it a much higher value than a simple reproduction. Each work must also be compulsorily registered and referenced on www.digigraphie.com site, to control the spread.
Printing
The artprints cater to high-end processes, ensuring conservation of works exceeding 100 years (Digigraphie® standards). Digigraphie is the fruit of long years of research of Seiko Epson group on technical performance of its printers and the quality and strength of its UltraChrome ™ pigment inks.
The digigraphies of the artist are performed by accredited laboratories « Atelier Ancre Digital » in Cancale/France, and « Studio Aza » in Marseille/France.
TECHNIQUE DIGITALE
Présentation
Les pièces désignées du nom d'estampes digitales, sont réalisées sur ordinateur multimédia à la tablette graphique à l'aide d'un "stylet" et d'un logiciel d'images, sur la base de fragments de la peinture de l'artiste (techniques mixtes à base d'encres-laques, pigments, mediums et poudre de marbre). Elles conjuguent dessin et peinture traditionnels, dessin digital, peinture digitale, création numérique, et nécessitent une longue durée de réalisation.
Authenticité
Il n'entre dans ces oeuvres strictement aucun élément étranger à la création de l'auteur. Traque d'un personnage, d'un paysage ou d'un motif ornemental sur un fragment de peinture numérisé, puis dessin et mise en forme à la tablette graphique, sont les seuls tenants de ce travail. Tous les tirages, signés de la main de Caterina Annovazzi, estampillés, numérotés et en série limitée, sont fournis avec le certificat d'authenticité du laboratoire professionnel agréé en digigraphie Epson qui en assure l'impression. Toute authentification peut être confirmée sur simple demande. Hors numérotation, aucun retirage ni aucune reproduction (tirage non numéroté).
La digigraphie, équivalent de la lithographie
Avec ses oeuvres disponibles exclusivement en série limitée, numérotées, estampillées, signées par l’artiste et accompagnées d’un certificat d’authenticité, la digigraphie est l'équivalent numérique de la lithographie. Ce procédé la protège du plagiat, limite la série et lui confère ainsi une valeur bien supérieure à une simple reproduction. Chaque œuvre digigraphiée doit par ailleurs être obligatoirement enregistrée et référencée sur le site www.digigraphie.com pour en maîtriser la diffusion.

Les tirages d’art répondent à des procédés haut de gamme, assurant une conservation des œuvres supérieure à 100 ans (normes Digigraphie®). La Digigraphie est le fruit de longues années de recherche du groupe Seiko Epson sur les performances techniques de ses imprimantes et sur la qualité et la résistance de ses encres pigmentaires UltraChrome™. Les digigraphies de l'artiste sont réalisées par les laboratoires spécialisés agréés Atelier Ancre Digitale à Cancale, et Studio Aza à Marseille .
